Official Press Release
New Taipei City, Taiwan, May 20, 2025 – Exceleram, a provider of high-quality RAM and storage devices, launches its new Aurum DDR4 U-DIMM RAM and Aurum DDR5 U-DIMM RAM product series at Computex 2025 in Taiwan. Visitors can experience the new memory at the Exceleram booth R0329a at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from May 20–23, 2025.

Exceleram tests all RAM modules by hand in, ensuring broad platform support. However, for the Aurum DDR5 series, Exceleram offers two default RAM configurations adjusted to different target processors. The product team encourages channel partners to specify their preferred CPU vendor when ordering to ensure optimal configuration for their needs. Depending on their choice their RAM will be tested and optimized for Intel or AMD systems.
“This approach delivers better performance and ensures end users get the most out of their RAM,” says Steven Eisenstein, VP of Product at Exceleram. “We have been offering optimized configurations for years – but only upon customer request. With the new Aurum U-DIMM RAM series, we take that experience and make it part of our standard offering.”
The Aurum RAM series also stands out with its unique design. Even with the heatsink, the modules remain thin and are well-suited for compact builds, with a total height of just 40 mm. The golden top finish adds an elegant touch to any hardware setup. Thanks to high-quality manufacturing and strict testing procedures, Exceleram offers a lifetime warranty on all Aurum products.
“For our product team, this is an important milestone,” continues Eisenstein. “We drew on years of research and hands-on experience from our Exceleram Test Labs to extract that final bit of extra performance. I am confident our users will notice the difference”
The Aurum DDR5 and DDR4 U-DIMM Kits modules come in various latencies and voltage settings. For the DDR5 Ram the capacity for the Kits varies between 32 and 96 GB and DDR4 Kits are available between 16GB and 64 GB.
